An Artist from Texas; Influenced early by my Mother who painted on glass as a young girl. Self-taught practicing Art throughout my whole life. Moving to Germany at 19 , I got the opportunity to traveled through Europe visiting places such as Paris, France visiting the historic Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and Notre Dame de Paris. I was also fortunate to visit several castles, my favorite located in Schwangau, Germany, Neuschwanstein Castle, the one that was Walt Disney's inspiration. It was in Europe where I was exposed to impressive traditional mosaic works. Inspired by mosaic glass works and the history; I gained a profound respect for Mosaic Art.

In 2000, the idea was ignited, early beginnings of what would become BellaMOSA.Art. Fascinated with mosaic art,  decorative tile; and the combination of my earlier inspiration of painting on glass is “Bella” A Beautiful combination of media, featured material being glass, and traditional mosaic historical concepts and style, the ROOT of the Word Mosaique (French) is Moses. The collective process of gathering significant smaller pieces or tesserae to become a much larger picture, concept and art work bacame  BellaMOSA.Art.
