BMA is short for BellaMosa.Art aka: Bella Mosaique Creations from its origin. A custom artworks business founded in Year 2000 and inspired by my first mosaic painting, JugHEAD; I wanted the name and brand to express what I was seeing; a beautiful mosaic painting. Bella means beautiful. Mosaic, a collective of many smaller but significant tesserae (pieces of hand painted, hand cut glass); while creating a unique artwork with The Creator. Mosaic derives from Moses who led a peoples collectively out of bondage to freedom.
